Annual Inspections
Lindan Hot Air Service Center can perform your FAA required annual inspections here in our Albany shop or bring our mobile repair to you. We use FAA prescribed procedures and manufacturer's guidelines to ensure that your
complete balloon system is thoroughly examined from top to bottom. Any repairs necessary can be performed during this process.
We encourage balloon owners, pilots and crew to participate in the annual inspection process. In addition to offering a discount when you participate, you'll learn about your own system and how to be proactive in its care. We'll even feed you lunch!
Propane Tank Recertification
Has it been five years already? We offer a complete tank recertification service that includes a visual inspection of the tank (inside and out) along with a thorough cleaning of the inside and relief valve replacement.
If necessary, we'll replace other components as needed. In addition, if it's time to replace your propane hoses we can order and install them for you.
Envelope Repair
From sticky patches to panels to a complete equator-up replacement, we can take on repair issues large and small. We'll use manufacturer specific fabrics to insure the best possible color matches and performance.
Basket Repair
If your basket needs cosmetic or structural work, we can do it. We can repair minor damage to wicker and leather, rebuild structurally compromised components and everything in between. If your basket is showing the signs of age or has been damaged in some way, we can fix it.
Burner Maintenance and Repair
We can diagnose and repair most all burner problems. We have experience working with all major manufacturer's burners and can get yours working properly again.
Mobile Repair Station
We can bring the repair station to you! If you're going to a rally that we'll be attending, we can provide inspections and emergency repairs on the spot. If your job is too big to bring to us, we'll come to you. Call for pricing and availability.
